|VALID ACCOUNT: At checkout your valid Copperative Account Number is required for your order to be approved. Not having your cooperative account number may delay the approval and processing of your order.|
|SECURITY: This online site is protected by C-O-M-O-D-O Authentic and Secure. This site uses SSL for secure transactions. We hold a website identity assurance warranty of $50,000. This means that you are insured for up to $50,000 when relying on the information provided by IdAuthority on this site.|
|PAYMENT: We accept VISA and MasterCard.|
|SALES TAX: Sales tax is charged for items shipped to Indiana.|
|SHIPPING: The Team Up rebate items qualify for free ground shipping. All other non-rebated items purchased online will ship ground and you will be charged for the actual shipping.|
|LEAD TIME: You can expect delivery within 2-4 weeks of placing your order.|
|SHIPPING DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES: Please examine your shipment upon arrival. Claims for short or damaged shipments in transit should be made directly with the delivering carrier at the time of delivery and must be signed for as short or damaged upon receipt. While we cannot be responsible for items missing or damaged in transit, we will assist you with a claim if necessary.|

|WARRANTY: All products we sell carry the manufacturer's original warranty. We will assist with warrant claims and processes.|
|CANCELATION POLICY: If you want to cancel an order: Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
• Call 855-314-9960 with your order number
• Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, and the date you placed your order. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
